What to Expect at Your Session

Sessions are very in depth and usually take 4-6 hours on average and are only done in person, I don’t offer online sessions. My fee of $450 is paid the day of your session(cash/credit cards accepted).

First, we’ll just chat for an hour or two so I can get to know you and the journey you’ve been on. Next, we’ll do the hypnosis portion(I will audio record it, you’ll receive a copy the same day). And finally, we’ll talk about what you experienced. Your session will be totally unique to you. Your higher self is running the show and knows what you need, that’s why you’re here reading this right now! It’s best to come with an open mind so you’re free to allow the information to flow organically and to set an intention of what you’d like to experience. *You must come by yourself, no one else is allowed during your session to allow for complete privacy.

*Dress comfortably so you can fully relax and not feel restricted. You can bring a blanket/pillow/meditation mask or whatever makes you comfortable while you lie down during the hypnosis portion.

*Go about your normal morning routine, just do what you’d normally do. Please don’t drink extra coffee or take relaxants if that isn’t something you normally do every morning. I want you to feel like your most “normal” self so you can connect to your higher self with ease. No alcohol please.

*Bring a list of questions that you’d like to find answers for. We will be speaking to your higher self and your higher self knows everything! Some examples are: What’s my life’s purpose? What’s wrong with my shoulder? What’s my next step in my career? What does my dog want me to know? Who is my spirit guide? Why do I keep having the same dream? You can literally ask anything, the collective consciousness knows. We’ll go over your questions and refine your list before the hypnosis portion of your session.

*I highly suggest doing a guided meditation before your session, it’s very similar to QHHT® and will get you used to the visualization process. You can find them on a variety of topics on YouTube, just type in “guided meditation”.

*All hypnosis is self hypnosis. I’m just going to help you relax and reach the Theta state of consciousness and then you’ll take it from there. You already do this twice a day without even realizing it! It’s the state you reach just before falling asleep and just before waking up. It’s so easy, you already know how!

*You can bring snacks or beverages to have while we chat and your cell phone will be accessible until we do the hypnosis portion which will then be put on silent so as not to distract you.

*Don’t plan much for the rest of the day following your session, you’ll be processing all the information received from your experience and you’ll continue to get information.
